Many of you have experienced a problem that your system fails to start.when you switch on your pc you would get a blank screen and some times you cannot boot in safe mode also.
This is mainly due to a virus file which fixes itself in the startup and it causes the startup failure resulting in contineous rebooting of the system.
Even if you have an antivirus it is difficult to detect and cure these virus when the computer is active.
There is another way to eliminate this problem.most of the antivirus companies are offering a version called rescue disc.the most effective one of all is the Kaspersky rescue disc...and it can be downloaded from the following link...

If clicking does not work just copy and paste it in the address tab.the downloaded file is in the form of .iso image format.
Burn it using any of the cd burning tools.
Mount the cd in the drive and restart the system.
Boot from the disk and do the bootup scan.this method is more efficient than the normal scanning technique and after the viruses are eliminated your pc will start normally.
